Sessions focused on developing and sharpening the players skills with the ball. Passing, receiving, dribbling, shooting, and ball mastery are the focus of this kind of training.

fiTNESS & STAMINA

Sessions focused on improving the players cardiovascular and muscle resistance to endure the physical demands of the game. HIIT with and without the ball, and soccer specific fitness drills are part of this sessions.

speed & agility

Sessions focused on increasing the maximum speed, change of pace, change of direction, and agility in short and long distances. Soccer specific speed and agility drills with and without the ball are part of this sessions.

FITNESS FOR OVERALL HEALTH

Sessions focused on strength, mobility, resistance, and cardiovascular training for the improvement of everyday activities and overall health. Body weight training and minimal equipment are used in this sessions to be able to exercise anytime and anywhere. No gym equipment needed.

I started training with Tony after a knee injury. He helped me to fully recover. Tony knows what he’s doing. He helped me to build on my goals week on week in a safe manner, providing helpful tips and education.

After the knee recovery, we started training on my soccer skills, technique, and conditioning with fun drills and exercises.

Workouts are enjoyable as well as challenging. I highly recommend Tony as a trainer.
